In 1968/69 the photographer spent a year living & working in Miami, Florida. The book contains the texts of the many detailed letters he sent home to his parents in Wales describing daily life. The letters are illustrated by numerous photographs of Miami, wildlife in the Everglades National Park & excursions around Florida including watching the launch of Apollo 11.
